GPT-Powered No-Code Virtual Assistant

Description:
We're seeking a builder to develop a scalable AI Virtual Assistant platform that can simulate a real executive assistant using AI + automation tools.
The System Should
Enable us to type or speak a command or task and it execute just as my real person. Similarly, we plan to connect it to the tools and platforms we use through a password manager. This is NOT the normal chat bot or auto social media post project, but a simulation of an assistant. Below is a short list of tasks that I would like for the AI Virtual Assistant to do:
1. Perform various tasks a regular VA would do; this includes but is not limited to – Internet scraping, filling out applications, drafting documents, performing background research on various subjects & providing references, etc.
2. Develop and Execute Standard Operating Procedures; this could include opening-accessing-performing operations on applications, creating side-by-side comparison tables, etc.
3. I would like for it to have check-in-s wherein it would provide me an update when it’s e.g. 10% into the job or giving me the opportunity to review a purchase before executing.
4. The platform should be scalable, with the understanding that we may want to expand the functionality after the first iteration and these additions can be easily executed with no-code (preferred) or low code.

C. Estimated number of hours and flat rate cost for the entire project. If there is a cost for the Framework and or you plan to use, pls include it.
This is not a generic chatbot/social poster. Think intelligent task execution engine with system memory and multi-tool control.
Tip: Preference will be given for those with real-world demos, portfolios and or examples of similar prior work.
