Full-Time AI Product Builder (Paperclip Agent Platform)

We are handing day-to-day ownership of our Paperclip platform to someone who loves turning AI possibilities into shipped product. The platform already powers several agent-based services; the next stage calls for a hands-on builder who can push it forward — from the first user interaction to the way AI models are orchestrated under the hood.
What you will be working on:
Building robust AI infrastructure that scales as we launch new agents and services
Refining the interface so customers feel the intelligence behind every interaction
Designing and integrating new agents while keeping the backend clean and maintainable
Shaping product direction as we expand into new AI-powered service areas
Our stack:
We work primarily in TypeScript / Node.js for the platform core, Next.js for the frontend, and Python for agent-specific services (FastAPI). We integrate with LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI), vector stores, and various automation tools. What matters most is that you can move fast and keep technical debt low.
What success looks like:
A platform that ships new agent templates in days, not weeks
Clean, intuitive product experiences with usage analytics to back decisions
Model pipelines flexible enough to swap or fine-tune LLMs as the landscape evolves
An architecture you are proud to maintain as the company grows
