Your day-to-day will swing between prototyping and fine-tuning ML models, wiring them to a React front-end, and deploying stable, scalable builds on AWS. Expect to touch everything: prompt engineering for LLMs, REST/GraphQL API design, secure authentication, responsive components, database optimisation, and monitoring once the product goes live.
Success here means you can:
• Integrate or train the right model, expose it through clean endpoints, and surface its output in a fast, intuitive React interface.
• Ship code that is easy to read, test, and extend, whether the backend is in Node, Python, or another modern stack you’re comfortable with.
• Push to AWS (EC2, Lambda, or containerised services) and set up CI/CD so updates roll out smoothly.
• Troubleshoot quickly and explain trade-offs or blockers in plain English during brief check-ins so we keep momentum.
