Full Stack Engineer to Co-Build Healthcare Runtime + AI Agent
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
Co-Build Healthcare Runtime + AI Agent (Hourly, $20–30 or set bid with hourly follow up)
Founder of CureCaster (clinical workflow platform) looking for an engineer to collaborate on a build. This is not a bid and build, but a position to work on our team with this task. This position will require the ability to work as a team on deliverables and can grow to long term based on collaboration.
Deliverables:
1. Runtime App - patient-facing executor of workflow JSON. React/TypeScript on AWS App Runner, not HIPAA compliant yet, as now zero PHI stored, however, HIPAA compliant in future iteration is a possibility so must be built on HIPAA-eligible stack. Loads via QR, link, or EHR iframe embed (if token is passed via EHR)
Returns decisions to final screen or to parent EHR
2. Agent built for app- AI agent that interviews clinic admins and uses standardized workflows to create custom workflow output and valid matching workflow JSON.
3. Ongoing hourly work- if we work well together, likely more agents, more integrations, more builds in the future
Strongly preferred:
- Built production AI agents
- Ship fast with Cursor + Claude Code
- HIPAA/healthcare background
- Comfortable pair-programming with a non-engineer founder
Bonus:
- EHR integration experience (Epic, FHIR a plus)
- You work with cursor +claude code to cobuild quickly, no traditional code builds
