Must Have:

Strong React/Next.js experience building multi-user platforms
Backend development with Node.js and REST APIs
PostgreSQL database design and management
Experience with AI API integration (OpenAI, Claude, or similar)
Document processing and file handling (parsing Word, PDF, Excel)
User authentication and role-based access control (client/translator/admin)
Payment integration (Stripe or similar)

Strong Advantage:

Experience building workflow management or project management systems

Translation industry knowledge or localization platform experience
