Full-Stack Developer (AI-Enhanced CRM – React, Node.js, .NET)

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with experience in React, Node.js, and .NET to design, develop, and deploy an AI-enhanced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in full-stack development, RESTful API design, database management, and AI/ML integrations.
This role involves building an intuitive front-end interface, a scalable backend, and leveraging AI-powered insights (predictive analytics, chatbots, lead scoring, and customer behavior analysis) to deliver a next-generation CRM platform.

- Key Responsibilities
Design and implement the front-end using React.js with responsive, user-friendly UI/UX.
Develop and maintain Node.js services for middleware, data processing, and integrations.
Build secure and scalable .NET backend APIs for core CRM functionalities (customer data, workflows, reporting).
Integrate AI/ML models for predictive analytics, recommendation systems, sentiment analysis, and intelligent automation.
Connect the CRM to third-party platforms (email, chat, social media, payment gateways, etc.) via APIs.
Implement real-time notifications and dashboards for customer interactions and KPIs.
Ensure proper authentication, role-based access control, and data security.
Write efficient, reusable, and testable code across the stack.
Collaborate with designers, AI engineers, and product managers to meet business goals.
Maintain technical documentation for scalability and future enhancements.

- Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong proficiency in React.js (Hooks, Context, Redux, Next.js optional).
Expertise in Node.js (Express/NestJS) for API and middleware development.
Proficiency with .NET Core / ASP.NET Web API for backend services.
Solid knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (SQL Server, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
Familiarity with AI/ML integration (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API, or Azure Cognitive Services).
Experience with RESTful & GraphQL APIs.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, Kubernetes.
Problem-solving mindset with excellent debugging and optimization skills.

- Preferred Qualifications
Experience in CRM or ERP systems.
Knowledge of message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
Familiarity with microservices architecture.
Understanding of event-driven systems and real-time data pipelines.
