**Full-Stack Developer Needed — AI-Powered Contract Review Web Application**
We are building a web-based contract review and risk management platform for the construction and real estate sector. The platform uses an LLM API (Anthropic Claude) to analyse contracts and generate structured risk assessments, Excel workbooks, and PDF executive summaries.
We have already built the review logic and system prompt. We need a developer to build the application around it.
**What you will build:**
- Contract upload workflow (PDF/DOCX) → LLM review engine → structured output
- Programmatic Excel report generation (multi-sheet workbooks with RAG colour coding)
- Programmatic PDF generation (branded executive summary documents)
- User dashboard with activity feed, portfolio usage statistics, and quick action buttons
- Searchable contract library with filter/sort by risk level, contract type, date, and project
- Five-section portal: Dashboard, Contracts, Reviews, Reports, Settings
- Multi-user accounts with role-based access (Admin / Standard User)
**Skills required:**
- Full-stack web development (React or similar frontend; Python/Node.js backend)
- LLM API integration (prompt assembly, response parsing, error handling)
- PDF/DOCX text extraction including OCR for scanned documents
- Programmatic Excel and PDF generation (openpyxl / ExcelJS / ReportLab / PDFKit)
- Cloud hosting and deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure); Docker
- Authentication, session management, and role-based access control
