Freelance project proposal on a platform for building a Volunteer management system -- 2

I need a lightweight, AI-flavoured MVP that lets volunteers log and track the hours they devote to our projects, all from a single web dashboard. The build should feel modern and “smart” in its UX—think quick, predictive form fills and clean analytics rather than heavy-handed machine-learning features.

Core scope
• Hours-tracking module: volunteers enter time, edit past entries, and view personal and aggregate stats.
• Instagram tie-in: pulling our hashtagged posts into a simple feed on the dashboard and giving admins one-click sharing of top volunteer highlights back to Instagram. OAuth-based sign-in is fine; no need for Facebook or Twitter right now.
• Admin view: exportable CSV of logged hours plus a concise summary panel showing totals by volunteer and by week.

Tech preferences
Open to JavaScript (React/Next.js, Node, Express) or Python (FastAPI, Django) as long as the code is clean, commented, and easy to extend later for volunteer registration or event management modules.

Deliverable
A deploy-ready codebase (Git repo) with clear setup instructions and a short Loom walkthrough demonstrating:
1. A volunteer adding, editing, and deleting time entries.
2. The dashboard visualising cumulative hours.
3. Live Instagram feed functioning with our test account.

Acceptance criteria
• All core features work in the demo without console errors.
• Read-me sets the project up locally in ≤10 minutes.
• Code style follows ESLint/black (or equivalent) with descriptive commit messages.

This is a single-milestone, fixed-fee project; once the MVP hits the criteria above, I release the full payment and we can talk phase two.
