Founding AI Product Developer Required

We have built the first version. Now we need someone to own it.

meetmagic is a platform that connects enterprise technology companies with senior executives at the exact moment they have a live business initiative. Think intelligent matching, not cold outreach. We have had the first iteration of the platform built by an agency and it is due to go live shortly.

Now we need a Founding AI Product Developer to come in, take full ownership, and drive the product to the next level — from the inside.

This is not a role where you are handed a spec and asked to execute. You will work directly with the Founder, make architectural decisions independently, and help shape a category-defining product from the ground up.

What You Will Own

You are taking over a live codebase and leading it forward. That means:

AI-powered project matching and recommendation engines
Executive discovery and marketplace experiences
CRM automation, AI workflows and agents
Calendar and scheduling automation
Search and recommendation systems
Vendor onboarding, subscription and billing infrastructure as the team scales
Performance improvements across the platform

Who You Are

A senior engineer comfortable with full ownership and minimal supervision
A fast shipper who writes clean, maintainable code
Someone who thinks like a founder — proactive, opinionated, comfortable making prioritisation calls without being asked
Experienced integrating third-party platforms, particularly Twilio
Someone who has built SaaS products before and does not need a large team to do great work
