Fix & Enhance Reels Builder

I have an Instagram Reel-creation page that’s roughly 70 % complete. Before launch I need someone to step in, clean up the remaining issues, and wire up a basic AI capability powered by TensorFlow.js.

Here’s what I’m looking for:

• Resolve the lingering UI/UX design problems—misaligned elements, responsiveness quirks, and any drag-and-drop glitches.
• Track down and fix the functionality errors that still affect media upload, timeline scrubbing, and preview playback.
• Integrate an initial AI feature using TensorFlow.js (for example, automatic cut detection or smart clip selection) so users can generate a reel with a single click.
• Deliver concise, well-commented JavaScript so I can maintain and extend the codebase easily.

Current stack: vanilla JavaScript (ES6), HTML5/CSS3, TensorFlow.js, Git, and a lightweight FFmpeg.wasm layer already included.

Need to implement AI functionality also
The scope is focused—finish the page, patch the bugs, and drop in the first AI assist—so I value clear communication, quick diagnostics, and solid, readable code. If you’ve fixed similar web editors or shipped TensorFlow.js mini-apps, let me know and include a realistic turnaround time.
