Objective:
• Transform and elevate accountants to reviewer roles.
• Provide operational financial and accounting insights to accountants’ daily tasks without the need to consult costly external advisors.
• Reduce mundane nature and manual workload of accountants and automate data processing.
Requirements:
• AI tool must have low cost of maintenance, reliable, quick response time and self-served in terms of training tool on proprietary information.
• Access various LLM via cost performance rule engine/ router layer.
• Ability to customize AI tool specific to individual Company and industry needs by feeding it Company and industry specific proprietary information
• Inception training for best practices (company and industry – public listed records, accounting standards, tax laws and regulations)
Expect low cost of development at the start. Once tool or platform has proven to work well and is live, will continue to work with developer to further enhance and refine.
