AI Expertise for E-commerce and Consultancy Business

I'm looking for someone who is hands-on skilled with AI tools and agents for SHOPIFY, AMAZON, WEBSITE and Mobile App - development, design, automate - to work with me (via screen sharing) teach and build with me in real time to set up my business ideas (e-commerce, consultancy services). This could be a couple of weeks of daily team up initially, and possibly an ongoing collaboration from time to time as and when required.
