I need a full-stack solution that lets students and job seekers complete government or competitive exam applications without the usual headaches. The portal will expose three role-based workspaces:
• Users fill a single profile, choose an exam, upload documents, pay both the official and service fees, then follow every status change through real-time email/SMS/push alerts.
• Professionals enter their dashboard to accept or be assigned applications, review and correct data, submit the form on the official site, and watch their automatically calculated earnings grow.
• Admins oversee the entire flow with task assignment, AI-powered data validation, granular audit logs, commission management, and KPI widgets—all from a secure, encrypted back office.
Please craft a responsive web app supported by an API, integrate a payment gateway, build in JWT/OAuth security, encrypt uploaded documents, and dockerise the stack. I am flexible on technology (Laravel + Vue, MERN, Django + React, etc.) as long as the code is clean, documented, and deployable to AWS or Azure.
Deliverables, released by milestone:

• REST/GraphQL API with Swagger/OpenAPI docs
• Automated tests plus CI/CD pipeline
