Enhancements for AI-Powered Hiring App

I have a running web application https://app.reqtify.net/login AI-Powered Hiring Platform
I want to add some more module into this existing app, on regular basis, so I need a parmanet degveoper who can join me to work daily 3-4 hours for long term.
Existing App Screens:
1. Dashboard (image_d0f463.png)
Purpose: Provides a high-level overview of the user's recruitment metrics.
Key Data Displayed:
Total Jobs: 1
Active Jobs, Candidates, Processing: All show 0.
Recent Jobs List: Displays a job titled "1099 Speech-Language Pathologist" created on 4/24/2026.
2. Jobs Management (image_d0f3e5.png)
Purpose: A tabular directory used to track, edit, view, or delete open positions.
Key Data Displayed:
The top metric blocks show 1 Total Job and 0 Active.
3. Create New Job (image_d0f09f.png)Purpose: A 3-step creation wizard (1. Import JD $\rightarrow$ 2. Confirm Requirements $\rightarrow$ 3. Add Context).UI/UX Evaluation: * The "Paste Text" and "Upload File" toggle options are clear.The primary action button "Extract Details $\rightarrow$" at the bottom right stays grayed out or inactive until text/files are input, which is correct behavior.
. Job Details & Resume Screening Page (image_d0f03f.png)
Purpose: Detailed view of a specific position where recruiters can drop applicant resumes for automated AI screening.
Key Data Displayed:
Displays specific parameters: Mid-level, Contract, Salary range of $75 - $80.
YOu can work anytime on the project as per your convinience but the meeting time will be as UK official time only.
Budget - 200-300 INR per hour only. Do not bid if you ask more.
So only apply if you are available as per UK time zone.
