Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

For the next edition of our Grade 1-8 textbooks I want every chapter in Mathematics, Science, Language Arts, English and Hindi to unlock an adaptive, AI-driven learning path. When a student scans a QR code or opens the companion web/app experience, the system should diagnose their current mastery, serve content at the right level, and adjust in real time as they progress. Teachers must be able to view dashboards, assign specific paths, and download reports that align with our existing curriculum structure.

I need help turning this vision into something concrete:

• Mapping each learning objective in the printed books to metadata that an AI engine can read
• Selecting or building the personalization engine (e.g. OpenAI, TensorFlow-based, or another you recommend)
• Designing the learner flow—from first scan to completion badge—including UI wireframes and suggested micro-assessments
• Delivering a proof-of-concept with at least one fully functional chapter that I can demo to our editorial board

If you have prior experience merging traditional publishing with adaptive-learning technology, show me how you’d approach content tagging, user data privacy, and teacher analytics, and specify the tools you’d use at each step.
