AI-Enhanced Architectural Redesign Project
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
Requiring An Indian Architect With Excellent AI Architectural Skills. Can Be With Any Of The Best AI Arch Programs.
Work under a California licensed architect. A private California commercial building is seeking the services for an architect licensed in India or California, to undertake the task of redesigning, renovating and managing of an existing two-story building office building approximately 2,500+ M2 to be used for senior living and other help in residential setting. The building must be redesigned so as to accommodate all essential amenities facility. Use A.I. for most of the design work.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
Create architectural drawings and specifications, managing project budgets and timelines, collaborating with client and local authorities and ensuring the final design meets client needs, budget, and building codes.
Oversee architectural projects from inception to completion, managing all phases including conceptualization, design, and construction.
Client Engagement:
Meet with chief planner to understand the vision and needs, and serve as the primary point of contact during the project development.
Design Development:
Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications, utilizing CAD software and 3D modeling to develop designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional.
Regulatory Compliance:
·Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and federal building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental standard
Project Oversight:
Manage project budgets and timelines, conduct cost and feasibility studies, and perform constructibility reviews throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with building structural engineers, contractors, and other consultants to resolve conflicts and ensure smooth project delivery.
