Transferring this project from another freelancer. First thing I will need is my files uploaded to Github, and connected to the current hosting build on Railway server. Here is what I will need next:
Show discovery (Looking for host)
1. Search overhaul. Database currently has around 250 shows pulled through YouTube API. Right now, I am in the process of getting a higher quota, however, I want to optimize the search, by using different keywords based on user's profile through AI so it does not try to analyze channels already searched. This section is for looking for Youtube channels AND Spotify shows that interview guest.
2. Open API integration to find the email contact of each channel. Users can also manually put an email in if there is none. If there is a website with a form, a link to the contact form is linked to.
3. Before initiating YouTube search,
Show Discovery (Guest and Collaborations) Separate section that adds channels which show collaborations on their channel. Same functions as before.
4. Add a few information pages that I created in Replit
10. Python script that attempts to bypass Youtube captcha to get show's email before attempt is made with open AI.
11. Other means to receive and mind emails.
Outreach
1. All shows searched but not added to outreach list by user saves to database.
2. Email stays private until sent. (To stop scraping)
3. Emails can be customized differently for different shows, or the same automated email can be customized to the shows details. Users can go down their list and click individualize email.
4. When sent is hit emails go out and track through users inbox through email service integration.
5. Amount of emails sent relates to purchased subscription package.
6. Make sure that responses flow to the current folder and allow users to answer in their email. (it organizes on the site automatically from that.) Or they can do it from their conversations tab (and it sends the email through their email service.)
7. Set up spotify search. If it is a match with a youtube show (many are) it also adds a spotify tag.
8. Make sure follow up emails are sent out, and a template is shown for those. 3 month. 6 month and 1 year follow up emails.
9. Users can submit their show and place in the the profile. AI analyzes it and creates guest outreach list by search the guest and finding emails from similar shows.
OTHER
1. Make sure subscriptions work. If amount of shows trying to be emailed exceeds subscription Create an upsell popup.
2. Place logo properly on homepage.
3. Test the site
4. Make sure states in admin and for users reflect properly on dashboard.
5. There is a Guest Score and 0 thing on each listing. I am not sure what that is.
6. Make sure Affiliate program works and calculates properly. Users are paid and it is calculated until a member cancels.
7. Stripe should work. Paypal needs integration.
8. Make sure Analytics in user accounts and admin words.
9. make sure everything in the admin dashboard works.
10. admins can remove caps for users, give sponored (free) accounts, etc.
11. custom packages and invoicing for larger accounts.
12. Only admin can import shows from a spreadsheet
