About the Role:
Is expanding its creative and operational edge through AI. We’re seeking a proven AI engineer with hands-on experience deploying, fine-tuning, and scaling models on the Stability.AI platform—to drive content creation, product ideation, and generative automation across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deploy custom models and pipelines using Stability.AI’s ecosystem (Stable Diffusion, APIs, DreamStudio, etc.)
• Fine-tune models for apparel-specific use cases (e.g., texture generation, design prototyping, image-to-sketch, DDS-to-Copy)
• Collaborate with UX, Creative, and Brand teams to test and iterate on GenAI outputs
• Support integration of AI into PLM, DAM, and creative review workflows
Required Skills:
• 3+ years in applied AI/ML with direct experience in Stability.AI or Hugging Face model tuning
• Strong grasp of prompt engineering, token limits, and diffusion model workflows
• Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow proficiency
• Experience with design teams or creative content generation is a plus
