Engineer for Networking AI Startup

We’re building Hustl, a platform that’s reimagining how people connect — replacing cold outreach with warm, AI-powered introductions. The goal is to make networking more personal, intelligent, and data-driven.

We’ve already validated early traction and built an MVP. Now, we’re looking for a founding-level engineer (part-time) who can work closely with us to build, scale, and ship the next version of the product.

What We’re Looking For

You’re someone who loves to build fast, experiment, and own your work end-to-end. You’re excited about startups, AI, and solving real problems.

Key responsibilities:

Collaborate with the founders to design, build, and deploy core features for the Hustl platform

Work on integrations, APIs, and AI components (e.g., OpenAI, LLMs, automation workflows)

Improve scalability, performance, and user experience of the MVP

Help shape the technical architecture and long-term product roadmap

Ideal Skills / Experience

Full-stack development: React, Node.js, or similar frameworks

Backend: REST APIs, databases (Firebase, MongoDB, or SQL)

Frontend: Modern UI frameworks, responsive design

AI/Automation tools: Familiarity with APIs, n8n, Zapier, OpenAI, or LangChain (nice-to-have)

Comfortable with fast iterations and early-stage startup environments
