Role Description
Engineers selected through this challenge will work full-time with NeuralLead on the design and evolution of AI systems and neural architectures.
The role focuses on system-level reasoning, architectural decisions, and understanding model behavior, rather than implementing isolated algorithms or following predefined recipes.
You will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of machine learning models, with particular attention to neural networks and intelligent systems.
The work involves building scalable AI components, exploring architectural alternatives, and iterating on complex systems where requirements are often incomplete or evolving.
You will collaborate closely with a small, multidisciplinary team, contributing both to applied AI development and exploratory research, while staying aligned with real-world constraints and emerging trends in artificial intelligence.
This is a fully remote, full-time role.
Qualifications
This challenge is designed for engineers who already have a strong intuition for neural networks and architectural design.
You should be comfortable reasoning about AI systems, patterns, and model behavior, and able to justify design choices clearly.
Hands-on experience building or experimenting with AI models is expected, whether in applied projects, research, or personal work.
Formal degrees, titles, or specific frameworks are not required.
