AI Email Automation Dev for Real Estate SaaS

We are building an AI-powered SaaS platform that helps real estate professionals automate lead outreach and follow-ups using email.

The goal of this MVP is to create a simple but powerful system that can:

Manage leads
Send AI-generated emails via Gmail
Automatically follow up with prospects
Track lead status through a basic pipeline

Scope of Work

You will be responsible for building the MVP with the following features:
Core Features
User authentication (multi-tenant structure preferred)
Lead management system (CRUD)
Gmail OAuth integration (send emails on behalf of users)
AI-generated email responses using OpenAI API
Basic follow-up automation (rule-based)
Simple pipeline view (lead status tracking)
Tech Requirements
Strong experience with Next.js / React
Backend experience (Node.js or Supabase preferred)
Experience with Gmail API (OAuth + sending emails)
Experience integrating OpenAI API
Familiarity with SaaS architecture (multi-tenant is a plus)
Nice to Have
Experience with Twilio (future phase)
Experience building CRM or automation tools
Clean UI/UX sense
Deliverables
Fully functional MVP deployed (Vercel or similar)
Clean, maintainable codebase
Basic documentation for setup
