ElevenLabs and N8N Voice Agent Optimization
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I need a seasoned ElevenLabs + N8N specialist to take my existing voice-agent stack from “okay” to rock-solid. The agents already work, but I want measurable gains in stability and reliability without losing their human-like tone.
Scope of the review
• Deep-dive into every prompt, model, and voice modulation setting inside ElevenLabs.
• Audit response-time configurations and the error-handling / fallback logic.
• Examine all connected nodes, flows, and triggers in N8N for bottlenecks or race conditions.
• Audit workflow structure, settings, http requests, and webhooks in N8N.
Primary use cases
The agents field customer-support questions and set up appointments, so any tweak must keep those paths smooth end-to-end.
Deliverables
1. Optimization report outlining concrete changes for ElevenLabs settings, prompts, and N8N workflow/ nodes/ settings/ prompts.
2. Implementation of the approved changes in both platforms.
3. Post-implementation test showing reduced latency, fewer failed calls, consistent voice quality, and stability across at least 5 test conversations.
Tools involved: ElevenLabs, N8N (self-hosted).
Timeline: I’d like the optimization report within three days of project start. Than Implementation of the approved changes in both platforms within 1 day incl. the 5 test conversations.
