I am looking for a skilled developer to build a Dynamic Pricing Tool designed for hotel management to optimize room rates based on competitor pricing, occupancy, and market trends.

Key Features:
1. Data Integration:

• Fetch real-time competitor prices from platforms like Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia via APIs or web scraping.
• Allow hotel managers to add and customize room types (Standard, Premium Suite, Executive Suite, etc.).
• Input hotel data such as current prices, occupancy rates, and min/max price limits.

2. Price Suggestion Engine:

• Analyze competitor and hotel data to generate dynamic price suggestions per room type and date.
• Use AI/machine learning to optimize pricing based on market demand.
• Price suggestions are for review only; the hotel manager applies prices manually.

3. User Interface:

• Simple, responsive dashboard/web app for hotel staff to enter data and view price suggestions by room type.

4. Admin Dashboard:

• A control panel for me (the developer) to manage clients, track subscriptions, monitor usage, and view revenue reports.
