AI-Driven integration end to end solution

hiring a freelance senior automation / AI systems engineer or small team to help build the core technology behind a national, AI-driven real estate listing-appointment platform.

This is not generic lead generation. The system is purpose-built to capture leads from multiple channels, qualify sellers using conversational AI, route and nurture prospects automatically, and book listing appointments at scale with minimal human intervention.

Scope of Work Includes:

Designing and implementing a central workflow automation backbone (n8n-class or equivalent)

API-first orchestration between lead sources, AI, CRM, calendars, and payments

Multi-channel lead ingestion (Meta, LinkedIn, web forms; future SMS/calls)

Conversational AI qualification flows (GPT-based, branching logic, fast response)

Automated appointment booking (Google/Outlook calendars, time zones, reminders)

Deep CRM integration (deal stages, scoring, dashboards)

Payment and transaction tracking, web design, social media set up

Built-in compliance logic (TCPA, GDPR, consent tracking)

Real-time reporting and performance dashboards

Requirements:

Strong experience in workflow automation, APIs, and scalable system architecture

Comfortable with AI integrations and conversational logic

Emphasis on clean, auditable, modular architecture (no black boxes)

Engagement:

Freelance / contract paid on delivery only (no milestones)

Phased build (initial foundation + scale)
