My online store moves fast and I want the entire order-to-shipment flow to move just as quickly without constant manual checks. The goal is to build an AI-driven automation layer that receives every new e-commerce order, verifies and validates it, syncs real-time inventory, and routes the parcel for shipping while pushing tracking details back to the customer and my dashboard.

Here’s how I picture the workflow:

• As soon as an order is placed the system confirms payment, screens for fraud, and validates the address.
• It then pings my inventory database or ERP via API to be sure stock is available, reserves the items, and flags any shortage for automatic restock requests.
• Once cleared, it chooses the best shipping option from the carriers I already use, generates the label, schedules pickup, and sends the tracking number to both the customer and our back-office app.

I’m comfortable if you leverage Python, Node.js, or a low-code stack (Zapier, Make.com) so long as the final solution is reliable, well documented, and can scale as order volume grows.

Deliverables
1. End-to-end automated workflow code (or low-code scenario) with source files.
2. API integrations for payment verification, inventory, and shipping carriers.
3. Dashboard or log showing each automation step with error handling.
4. Setup guide plus brief video walk-through so my in-house team can maintain it.

Acceptance criteria
• A test order moves from cart to “shipped” status without human input.
• Inventory figures update correctly after the order.
• Customer receives an email with valid tracking inside 30 seconds of checkout.
• Error paths (out-of-stock, invalid address, failed payment) are logged and trigger alerts.
