AI-Driven Pune Builder Outreach
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
My immediate goal is to lock in commercial builders, luxury-residential developers, architects, and contractors across Pune before any competitor can reach them. To do this I need an end-to-end, AI-fueled growth engine—built, tuned, and switched on fast.
Scope of the work
• Build a clean, continuously refreshed database of decision-makers (project managers, purchase heads, architects) using your preferred AI stack. I’m not tied to HubSpot or Salesforce, so you’re free to stitch together lighter, more experimental tools if they produce better results.
• Set up agents or workflows that monitor local real-estate triggers—RERA approvals, CREDAI updates, excavation notices, tender filings—so I’m alerted the moment a new project surfaces.
• Automate highly personalised, multi-step outreach. WhatsApp is the priority channel; email and LinkedIn can run in parallel, but every conversation must start or converge on WhatsApp for the fastest close rate.
• Track responses, hand-offs, and pipeline health inside a simple dashboard I can access on demand.
Deliverables (acceptance criteria)
1. A verified list of at least 300 fresh Pune-based contacts, tagged by company type and seniority.
2. Live trigger engine that surfaces new projects within 48 hours of public availability.
3. Three WhatsApp outreach sequences (intro, follow-up, closing nudge) loaded and ready to fire, with dynamic merge fields.
4. Weekly report summarising lead flow, response rates, booked meetings, and next-step recommendations.
If you thrive on rapid experimentation, know how to chain GPT-style tools, web scrapers, Zapier/Make or similar, and can weave everything into a lean CRM layer, this project should feel like play. I’ll move fast on approvals and feedback so we can scale what works and ditch what doesn’t.
