I am building a memorial system that gently guides mourners through a funeral service by sensing collective emotion and adjusting music, lighting, and on-screen content in real time. The experience must feel almost alive: a kiosk (totem) inside the hall displays tributes while a mirrored web space lets remote guests light virtual candles, post photos, and leave messages that appear instantly on-site.

Here is the core of what I need you to deliver:

• Administrative console for funeral directors to preload playlists, select visual themes, moderate content, and export an archive for the family.
• Secure database; GDPR-compliant handling of photos, video, and text.

Acceptance is straightforward: during a test ceremony the system must detect audience affect, adjust ambience within two seconds, and synchronise all screens without visible lag.
