We are looking to build an AI-driven business operations system that automates invoicing, logistics, inventory, CRM, marketing, and executive analytics for a trading/manufacturing company.
The goal is to replace multiple disconnected tools with one intelligent system that can both execute workflows and answer business queries in natural language.
This is a serious, long-term project. We are looking for experienced developers or a small team with strong backend and AI integration experience.
Core Features Required
The system must support the following:
Invoice generation (GST compliant)
E-Way Bill generation based on invoices
Packing list generation (optional per order)
Inventory management (stock tracking, updates, adjustments)
Inventory analytics (aging stock, fast/slow-moving products, dead stock)
Market demand & supply analytics (real-time or near real-time integration)
Customer website chatbot for product queries and order-related questions
Automated follow-ups to previous customers for new products
Social media posting automation for new product launches
Internal CRM for employees (time logs, salary tracking, leave management)
Owner-level chatbot to query business data (e.g., “Sales in November”, “Invoice for February”, “Stock available in 500 tons”)
Financial dashboard showing profit, turnover, taxes, sales trends
Technical Expectations

Secure role-based authentication (Owner / Staff / Customer)
