Out of Scope (Important)
No automation of third-party secure portals
No AI decision-making, advisory, or compliance logic
No complex analytics or enterprise reporting
No heavy UI/UX or branding work at this stage
Ideal Skills & Experience
Proven SaaS development experience
Experience with AI integration (OCR, document processing, LLM APIs)
Strong background in document management systems
Solid understanding of multi-tenant architecture
Proficient in security protocols and role-based access control
Ability to explain technical decisions in plain English
Comfortable building a lean pilot/MVP that can evolve later
