Budget: €6 – €12 EUR
I need someone who can sit with me (virtually) and pull every procedure, idea, and “it’s-all-in-my-head” plan into a structured form an AI platform can actually run with. The scope covers my entire operation—day-to-day workflows, Sales and Marketing funnels, and all Customer Service touchpoints.
Here is what I’m after:
• Clear, visual models (BPMN, UML, Lucidchart, or a similar tool) that show both the big picture and the granular, step-by-step logic behind each process.
• Companion notes where needed so that anyone—or any AI agent—can understand inputs, decision points, and expected outputs without chasing me for clarification.
• A short feedback cycle: we map, I review, you refine, we lock it in.
Acceptance criteria
• For every process we discuss, I receive an editable diagram plus a concise written rundown of trigger, flow, and outcome.
• Diagrams capture both high-level stages and detailed task sequences.
• Final files are ready to feed into the no-code/AI orchestration tool of my choice.
