AI Document Drafting Tool
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need an AI-powered application that can take a short brief and instantly draft a variety of business documents—starting with Product PRDs, feature lists, design briefs, meeting minutes, technical specifications, and marketing content. The core engine should leverage a large-language-model (OpenAI, Claude, or similar) and be wrapped in a clean web interface where I can choose the document type, paste or type the context, and receive a well-structured draft in seconds.
Only some document categories require bespoke templates (for example, the Product PRD and marketing copy), while the rest can rely on a consistent, high-quality default. The system therefore needs a simple template manager: upload, edit, activate, or fall back to the standard version.
Desired flow
1. Select document type.
2. Enter or upload brief/background.
3. AI generates draft using the correct template.
4. Edit inline, then export to Google Docs, Word, or Markdown.
Please include:
• A working prototype (web or desktop) connected to one of the major LLM APIs.
• At least two fully customisable templates to demonstrate the template engine.
• Clear instructions for adding new document types or swapping in a different model key.
Acceptance criteria
• Draft quality: coherent, well-structured, and aligned with the chosen template.
• Template switch: toggling between custom and default works without breaking formatting.
• Export delivers a clean file with headings, bullet points, and tables intact.
Tech stack is flexible as long as setup is frictionless—React, Vue, or a lightweight Flask/Django back end are all fine. Just keep the code well-commented so I can extend it later.
