We are a German-based recruitment company seeking a highly experienced AI developer to build an AI voice cold calling system capable of making 200+ outbound B2B calls per day to companies in the UK trades and logistics sectors.
The AI must perform like a skilled human cold caller:
Greet and introduce the company
Identify hiring needs and ask qualifying questions
Capture the decision-maker’s email address
Optionally present pre-screened candidates (provided by us) and confirm interest
Handle objections professionally
Ensure GDPR/UK PECR compliance with opt-outs
Log call details, transcripts, and recordings in Google Sheets or CRM
Requirements:
Proven track record in developing AI calling systems (VAPI, Twilio, Deepgram, ElevenLabs, OpenAI Realtime, or similar)
Ability to handle 200+ calls/day with natural, human-like voice quality and low latency
Experience implementing real-time STT/TTS with interruption handling
Voicemail detection, retry mechanism, and multiple concurrent lines
Strong knowledge of GDPR/PECR compliance in outbound calling
Ability to provide references or proof of similar completed projects
Deliverables:
Fully functional AI caller (sandbox + production setup)
Customisable call flow with objection handling
Dashboard for call statistics (volume, connect rate, email captures, interest level)
Documentation and training for scaling and operation
