Developer Wanted - AI-Based CRM (Sales and Service Improvement Project)

We are looking for a skilled developer to improve and modify our existing CRM project.
This system focuses on AI-based sales automation, lead scoring, and workflow optimization.
While this is a simple modification, I lack the skills to complete it.

This project is a modification and improvement project, not a complete rebuild.
Your responsibilities will include:

AI model integration (lead scoring and churn prediction)

Modify task and customer workflow automation logic

Improving CRM dashboard performance and user experience

Ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy between modules

Improving stability by optimizing existing code

-Ideal Skills

Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or a custom CRM framework

Excellent understanding of AI/ML integration, Python, or Node.js
In-depth knowledge of automation projects such as N8N, Make.com, and Zapier would also be beneficial

Understanding of API connectivity and data automation

Ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing systems
