About Sweetflips
We’re building out Sweetflips’ AI stack to power Telegram outreach, automate VIP player management, and train custom models on our own data. We already use Cursor AI, and now we’re looking for someone hands-on who can help us take it further.
What you’ll do
Configure and optimize Cursor AI for our workflows (project setup, instructions, context management).
Write AI instructions & system prompts so our agents reply in the Sweetflips tone of voice.
Build and fine-tune custom LLMs on our internal data (Telegram chats, outreach logs, emails).
Implement MCP servers to connect AI models with Sweetflips data sources.
Occasionally help with small coding tasks (Python/Node.js) around automation and data pipelines.
You should have experience with:
Cursor AI / VS Code AI setups
LLM fine-tuning or instruct-tuning (OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA, etc.)
Model Context Protocol (MCPs)
Python or Node.js for quick integrations
Databases (Postgres/Supabase)
Prompt engineering for custom tone + workflows
Nice-to-have:
Experience with Telegram bots (Pyrogram/Telethon)
Deployment on Vercel / AWS / Railway
Knowledge of embeddings / vector search (pgvector / FAISS)

Type: Part-time / freelance
Location: Remote (CET overlap preferred)
Start: ASAP
Commitment: ~10–20 hours/week to start, with potential to expand
Compensation: Hourly or fixed, depending on experience
