Develop Tendro: Tender-Based Website & App

Create a website cum app for my project named Tendro for creating a tender based project orders (both work order and Purchase order for products). Here users like Homeowners, builders and constructors can provide a form based requirement that gets little moderation from Admin's representative (Contract's Expert) which then converted to a Tender Paper. Then it is opened for Vendors or bidders to bid with an Expiry Date. Once after getting a list of bidders a user decides and finalises a bidder based on his or her requirement. Additional modules alike- 1. AI driven auto filling form. 2. Auto Tender Document Creator. 3. Admin Controlled types, user segregation and requirement types and Categories. 4. Pricing Settings. 5. payment gateway. 6. Escrow Account management System. 7. AI based bid finalising suggestion. 8. AI cum Manual Chatbot. 9. Real time map location. This tender based application is targeted towards Building and infrastructure construction programs. Project must be created, edited and installed with proper database in my own VPS.
