Project Overview

Build a subscription-based online medical question bank platform similar in functionality and user experience to PassTest.

The platform will launch with approximately 2,500 multiple-choice questions and should be built using existing CMS/LMS platforms, plugins and templates wherever possible to minimise development cost while maintaining a professional user experience.

Scope

Develop a fully functional MVP including:

- User registration and login
- Stripe subscription payments
- Searchable question bank
- Tutor mode and Exam mode
- Timed mock exams
- Random question selection
- Question filtering by category/topic
- Flagged and incorrect question review
- User progress dashboard
- Admin portal to create, edit and import questions (CSV/Excel)
- Responsive design for desktop and mobile

Technical Requirements

- Use the most suitable off-the-shelf platform (e.g. LearnDash, MasterStudy, QSM or similar) with customisation where required.
- Minimise custom code where existing solutions are available.
- Ensure the system is scalable, secure and easy to maintain.
- Use modern development practices and AI-assisted coding (e.g. Claude Code) where appropriate.

- Fully functioning website ready for testing
- Source code and documentation
- Installation and deployment instructions
- Admin guide for managing questions and users
- Recommendation for future enhancements

Proposal Requirements
