Deploy React/Node AI Webapp
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have a fully-working AI web application built locally with a React front end, a Node.js/Express back end, and a lightweight SQLite database. It’s time to move it from my laptop to a live VPS so users can start testing.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Package and build the React app for production, place it on the VPS, and serve it (Nginx, Apache, or a comparable setup—your choice as long as it’s fast and secure).
• Configure the Node.js API on the same VPS, connect it to the existing SQLite file, and make sure all routes, environment variables, and AI-related services work exactly as they do locally.
• Harden the server: basic firewall rules, process manager (PM2 or similar) for Node, HTTPS with a free SSL certificate, and a quick performance tweak pass.
• Provide a concise set of written hand-off notes showing how to:
– point my domain to the VPS
– restart each service after code updates
– run database backups and restores
If you can replicate my local environment on the VPS without breaking anything and hand me clear instructions, we’re good to go. Feel free to suggest best practices along the way; I’m open to improvements as long as the deployed result mirrors current functionality.
