We are building an AI-enabled platform that helps organizations measure team health, backlog quality, and technical excellence. It also detects perception gaps between roles (Team, Scrum Master, PO, RTE, Architect) and highlights coaching opportunities.

We need a developer to convert this into a working MVP.

Scope of Work

1. Survey Capture

Build responsive web forms (role-aware, different levels of survey).
Store responses securely in database.

2. Analytics & Dashboards

Automate scoring and survey indexes
Visualize results via:

Radar charts (per role / per team).
Heatmaps of role-pair gaps by section.
Traffic-light signals (Green/Yellow/Red).
Simple “Top 3 misalignments + recommended actions” output.

3. Backend & APIs

CRUD for survey definitions (future extensibility).
/api/submit and /api/analytics endpoints.

4. Export

PDF/CSV report generation for teams and leaders

Tech Stack Preference

Frontend: React or Next.js
Backend: Node.js (Express) or Python (FastAPI)
Database: Postgres / Supabase (preferred)
Hosting: Vercel / Supabase / AWS (we are open)

(Bonus) Familiarity with Looker Studio or Retool for quick dashboards

3–6 years’ experience in full-stack web development.
Strong with React/Next.js and REST APIs.
Comfortable designing database schemas.
Based in India (for time-zone overlap, possible in-person discussions).
Startup mindset: can build quickly, iterate, and deliver MVPs.
