Crypto Scalping Trading Bot

I need a developer who can build a reliable AI-driven trading bot that automatically executes scalping trades on the main cryptocurrency exchanges. The core requirement is hands-free, real-time order execution based on a high-frequency scalping strategy I will outline in more detail once we start.

The finished solution should:
• Connect to at least one major crypto exchange via API and place, modify, and cancel orders without manual intervention.
• Read live market data, evaluate the predefined scalping signals, and trigger trades within milliseconds.
• Include configurable parameters for position size, risk limits, and cooldown times so I can fine-tune performance without touching the code.
• Log every action (prices, order IDs, PnL) to a local file or database for later review.
