AI Construction Management App
Budget: $20,000 – $50,000 USD
I want to bring all of our scheduling, planning, document control and contractor coordination into one AI-powered construction management application. The idea is for the software to learn from past and live project data so it can predict delays, flag resource clashes and surface the right documents or drawings the moment someone needs them.
You will find an attachment in the brief that expands on a few extra features and user-flow diagrams; please factor those requirements into your solution.
What I need built
• Responsive web or cross-platform mobile app that generates and updates project timelines automatically.
• Smart document management with version control and AI search across drawings, RFIs, change orders and specs.
• Integrated contractor dashboard for task assignment, progress tracking and automated notifications—everything tied back to the master schedule.
Acceptance criteria
• A working prototype of the three modules above.
• Clean, well-commented code and a short user guide so my in-house team can maintain it.
• Demo showing the AI components in action (e.g., schedule prediction, document recognition).
