AI Commercial Plot Plan Generation

See one sample attached but I need to see all ideas of presentations

I need several concept-level plot plans for a future commercial site of roughly 3–4 acres that should comfortably accommodate six to seven individual building pads. My priority right now is quickly seeing what is possible on the land, so I’m looking for AI-assisted layout studies that balance vehicle circulation, pedestrian flow, and sensible building footprints without locking me into one design direction too early.

You’re free to explore retail, office, or mixed-use arrangements—whatever yields the best land utilisation and traffic logic. Because I haven’t fixed a visual style or amenity list yet, treat this as an open brief: show me viable configurations and point out where green space, parking fields, loading zones, or transit links could slot in.

I would like at least three distinct schemes, each supported by:
• A site plan in PDF and the original CAD/GIS file (DWG, RVT, or similar)
• Basic 3-D massing or rendered overlays that help me visualise height and scale
• A short design note explaining lot sizes, FAR, circulation paths, and any zoning assumptions

Accuracy to typical US commercial setbacks and code standards is appreciated, but perfection isn’t required at this stage—the goal is to spark discussion and identify the strongest direction for detailed design later.
