Here’s what I need from you:
• Architect and code an enterprise-grade dialer layer that uses AI to predict the best call times, automate call routing, and log dispositions in real time. Enhancing phone dialer efficiency is the main success metric.
• Bolt that dialer seamlessly onto our cold-email workflow so the hand-off from “opened email” to “live call” feels instantaneous. Email marketing remains the core strategy, so safeguards for deliverability, sequence logic, and dynamic personalization are essential.
• Feed all engagement data into our CRM/BI stack through clean, well-documented APIs or webhooks.
• Provide transparent performance dashboards and a hand-off guide my team can own after launch.
Acceptance criteria
– Dialer connects, calls, and records with ≤1 sec lag and ≥95 % logging accuracy
– AI module demonstrably lifts connect rate or time-to-connect by at least 20 % over baseline
– Cold-email component sends, tracks, and A/B tests at scale without exceeding set sending limits or triggering spam flags
– Codebase, infra scripts, and documentation delivered in Git (or similar) and pass peer review
