Role Overview
We are looking for a part-time engineer to support Cloud Advisory and Cloud Accelerate initiatives by building automated data ingestion pipelines and integrating escalation mechanisms into an AI-powered cloud operations agent. The role focuses on documentation processing, pipeline automation, and agent integration within an existing CloudOps ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Data Generation & Ingestion Pipeline
Configure automated pipeline triggers using CloudOps Central Server on documentation repository commits
Process Markdown and documentation files into DRIFT-compatible chunks for RAG-based retrieval
Integrate generated data into the Agent’s DRIFT ingestion pipeline
Implement version tracking to support incremental documentation updates
Set up and maintain Jenkins pipelines in the documentation (DoC) repository
Perform testing and validation of ingestion workflows
Escalation Integration
Study existing Linux AI Agent escalation procedures
Adapt and implement the escalation mechanism for the Cloud Accelerate agent
Apply required tweaks to suit the new bot architecture
Ensure seamless escalation flow and validation within the agent
Required Skills
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)
Strong understanding of documentation pipelines and data ingestion workflows
Knowledge of RAG-based systems and chunking strategies
Familiarity with CloudOps / Cloud Operations tooling
Experience integrating AI agents or automation workflows
Basic scripting and troubleshooting skills (Python/Shell preferred)
