AI Cloned Booking Platform
Budget: $10,000 – $20,000 AUD
I currently license an expensive booking system and would like to replace it with a self-hosted version that we fully own. Your task is to analyse the existing application (access will be provided), use AI-assisted techniques where helpful, and rebuild an equivalent web app focused on cost savings without sacrificing functionality.
Core functionality to replicate
• Booking management for cabins and powered/unpowered sites
• Real-time site availability tracking with calendar/grid views
• Integrated payment processing (Windcave)
API connections to all OTA's inc Airbnb, Booking.com, Hipcamp, Bookeasy, Big4, G'Day Parks, etc.
Email and SMS communication. Front end and back-end functional on both laptop and phones (85% on bookings are on mobile devices).
Enhanced requirement
• Loyalty program integration so returning guests automatically earn and redeem points.
I expect a modern, modular codebase (React / Vue / Angular on the front end and a robust REST or GraphQL API on the back) plus clear database schema and migration scripts. All intellectual property must be delivered to me, including source code, build instructions, and a short hand-over video.
Acceptance criteria
1. Feature parity in the three core areas listed above, proven via side-by-side functional demo.
2. Loyalty module active and usable from the same admin panel.
3. Payment flow processed in test mode with sandbox credentials.
4. Automated test suite covering critical paths.
5. Deployment documentation that lets my in-house IT team spin up the system on AWS or a local server in under one hour.
We run 15 locations in Australia and would live test the functionality on a new location for many months before planning migration. This software we use is mission critical. Our plan is to bring it in house with the help of a design and implementation team.
To bid for this project you must be operating with a company structure so that continuity of support is guaranteed. the company must have proven success in implementing projects like this.
