AI Chatbot Development and Integration

We are looking for an experienced AI chatbot developer to create a smart, interactive chatbot for our website. The chatbot should handle the automated responses, fetch answers from a knowledge base, and ensure smooth user interactions. The final solution must be containerized and deployed using Docker for scalability and easy deployment.

Key Requirements:
- Develop and integrate a chatbot widget for a website.
- Implement AI-powered automated responses based on a predefined knowledge base.
- Ensure multi-platform compatibility (desktop & mobile).
- Create a conversational flow that covers various user scenarios.
- Implement user authentication and session handling.
- Ensure chatbot can process structured inputs (e.g., forms) and unstructured inputs (free text).
- Include logging and analytics features to track user interactions.
- Containerize the chatbot using Docker for deployment.
- Conduct testing based on predefined test cases.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with AI chatbot frameworks (Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework, etc.).
- Proficiency in NLP and machine learning techniques.
- Strong knowledge of API integrations.
- Experience in Docker and containerized deployments.
- Web development experience for chatbot embedding.
