Centralize My Website Content

I’m looking for someone to pull every piece of material I’ve produced—blogs, YouTube videos, podcasts, books, articles, and seminar notes—into one clean, query-ready data set. The end goal is to run AI searches like “Show me every reference Author X makes to freedom of speech” and instantly get accurate, source-linked answers.

You’re free to use Make.com or any comparable ETL / automation stack; whatever streamlines extraction, transcription, and normalisation works for me. I’ll handle the heavy lifting of converting media to text when needed, but if you can automate part of that workflow at a reasonable extra cost, let’s discuss it.

Here’s what I need back:
• A single, well-structured master file (CSV, JSON or a lightweight database—advise on best fit) that includes full text plus essential metadata such as title, date, source type, URL, time-stamp markers for audio/video and any tags you recommend for richer querying.
• A brief “how it’s organised” note so I can plug it straight into my AI tools and start asking questions.
