Budget: $20 – $30 NZD

I already have individual PHP, JavaScript and SQL-based tools running key parts of our workflow, plus a detailed scope of works that lays out every algorithm, data flow and dashboard we need. Now I want everything unified behind a single native AI layer that becomes the “brain” of our manufacturing business.

Core responsibilities for the platform
• Drive inventory management, production scheduling and quality control (these are the headline functions—there are additional routines noted in the scope document).
• Refactor and upgrade the existing PHP, JavaScript and SQL modules where needed, then knit them together through clean, well-documented APIs.
• Design a modern front-end “skin” so staff can access every feature from one intuitive interface—desktop first, mobile responsive.
• Orchestrate the underlying AI/ML models so they call the right data, learn from real-time shop-floor feedback and continually optimise outcomes.

I will supply:
– The full scope of works (PDF + diagrams).
– Direct access to the current codebase and sample data sets.
– SME time from our production and IT leads for quick clarifications.

Acceptance criteria
1. The consolidated system runs end-to-end in our staging environment without breaking existing processes.
2. Predictions and scheduling outputs meet or exceed the accuracy targets defined in the scope.
3. The UI passes a short user-testing cycle with our internal team.
4. All code is version-controlled, documented and ready for hand-over.
