Build AI Solutions for CRM Integration

We are a digital agency in search of an experienced AI engineer or automation expert to develop custom AI-powered solutions that are scalable, smart, and production-ready. Our primary focus is on integrating advanced AI technologies into our CRM system, Salesforce, to enhance our operations and client interactions.

Key Requirements:
- Develop a GPT-4 or Gemini-based chatbot integrated with Salesforce CRM to improve customer engagement and support.
- Implement LangChain + RAG integration for handling document-based Q&A across various formats, including PDF, CSV, and Notion.
- Integrate Whisper AI for audio transcription and voice command processing to streamline communication processes.
- Design smart workflow automation using APIs, Zapier, Make, or custom scripts to optimize business operations.
- Ensure the codebase is clean, well-documented, and modular for easy maintenance and scalability.
- Explore optional integrations with Pinecone, Supabase, Streamlit, Twilio, and other relevant technologies to enhance functionality.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven expertise in AI development and integration, particularly with GPT-4 or Gemini.
- Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce, and chatbot integration.
- Proficiency in working with LangChain, RAG, and Whisper AI for document and audio processing.
- Strong skills in workflow automation and API integration.
- Ability to write clean, modular, and well-documented code.
- Familiarity with optional tools like Pinecone, Supabase, Streamlit, and Twilio is a plus.
