Build Mon Livre Studio App

I am building Mon Livre Studio, an end-to-end authoring tool that lets users turn speech or text into a fully formatted book. The same code-base (or tightly aligned versions) must run on Android, iOS, Windows desktop, a browser, plus a web-based admin portal.

Core user activities the first release must nail:
• Record their voice and watch it transcribe automatically in real time.
• Type, paste, or edit text manually with a rich-text editor.
• Drag-and-drop or otherwise organise every paragraph into named chapters and sections.

The manuscripts people create will range from professional books to personal stories and educational material, so the interface has to feel welcoming yet powerful. Beyond capture and organisation, I want an AI-powered “improve my style” button that offers grammar fixes, tone suggestions, and layout polishing before export.

Key deliverables
1. Mobile apps (Android & iOS) compiled from the same feature set.
2. Desktop build for Windows.
3. Responsive web application that mirrors mobile functionality.
4. Admin portal to manage users, storage, and content moderation.
5. REST or GraphQL back-end with secure auth and cloud storage for audio, drafts, and final manuscripts.
6. Clear API documentation and build instructions.

Acceptance criteria
• Latency from speech to text below two seconds on a stable connection.
• Chapter reordering works via touch, click, and drag on every platform.
• Export delivers a clean DOCX and EPUB with consistent headings and page breaks.
• All features pass QA on the latest Android, iOS, Chrome, Edge, and Windows 11 desktop.

Mention in your proposal which cross-platform stack you prefer (Flutter, React Native + Electron, or another) and how you will handle real-time transcription, offline caching, and style-enhancement AI. I am ready to start as soon as I see a roadmap and realistic milestone schedule.
