Build AI-Driven CRM & Automation on Monday.com -- 2

Project Overview:
We are a B2B export company looking to unify our marketing, sales, customer management, and contracts into one platform (Monday.com).
Currently, our workflows are spread across Gmail, WhatsApp, LinkedIn/Kleads, Zoom, Google Drive, and Fireflies.
We want to integrate these into Monday.com with Make (Integromat) + OpenAI API, so that 70%+ of repetitive work is automated.

Core Deliverables:

Monday.com Setup

Create structured boards (Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Deals, Contracts, Activities).

Standardize fields, stages, automations, permissions.

Build dashboards (sales pipeline, contracts, VIP clients, SLA tracking).

Integrations via Make.com

Gmail → Monday (auto-log emails, create leads/activities).

WhatsApp API (360Dialog/Twilio) → Monday (inbound/outbound sync).

LinkedIn/Kleads leads → Monday.

Fireflies/Zoom meeting transcripts → Monday (auto-summarized & linked).

Google Docs/Drive → auto-generate contracts/quotes from templates, export PDF, auto-link back.

AI Integration (OpenAI API)

Draft 3 reply styles (formal, concise, friendly) for emails/WhatsApp with reason explanations.

AI review of staff replies before sending.

Automate contract/quote drafting based on CRM data.

Testing & Training

Run end-to-end tests (Lead → Deal → AI draft → Contract → Dashboard).

Provide simple SOP/playbook for our team to operate & maintain.

Skills Required:

1. Monday.com advanced configuration (boards, automations, dashboards).

2. Make.com (Integromat) workflow building & API connections.

3. OpenAI API integration (prompts, reply drafts).

4.Google Docs/Drive automation (templates → PDF → auto-link).

5. CRM process knowledge (Lead → Customer → Deal → Contract).

+ (Nice to have) WhatsApp API, Regex/JavaScript for data cleaning.
